The location was convenient and the staff were incredibly attentive!

This was a pleasant stay for the whole weekend. Spotless rooms with good facilities, felt like home.

Wake-up service, available in my premium king room, was a nice bonus. The bed was very comfy and it was great having a minibar, central heating, and an iron. The location was great because it was near to cafes and restaurants, restaurants, shops, and old town and Golden 1 Center and surrounding downtown scene.

Fairly clean hotel in a convenient and best possible location, exceptionally comfortable bed. Amicable staff; easy check in. Absolutely gorgeous views overlooking city from the new-fashioned room. Central heating, a personal safe and pay television - very useful. Nice pool, parking onsite. Everything good.

I adored the elegant decor throughout the Kimpton. It reminded me of strolling through an art gallery. The open spaces were accommodating. Staff was always nearby.

Nice room, nice breakfast. The premium queen room with two queen beds has a great view and the outdoor heated swimming pool was enjoyable.

Very nice and clean but lacked class in the evening very different vibe in the evenings.

A stressful start to our stay

The rooftop pool was refreshing with a fantastic view, a perfect spot to unwind after our journey. The ambiance was inviting.

Upon arrival, we were told our room wasn't ready. We waited in the car and only found out later that it was ready all along. Very frustrating.

We had a blast at our stay! The heated pool was a great way to unwind, and we loved lounging in the sun on the terrace. The check-in could have been smoother, but overall, it was a fun getaway ☀️

I really appreciated how close we were to the golden 1 center and the lovely old sacramento historic district, made exploring the area super easy on foot. It's perfect for anyone who loves city strolls and wants to soak up the vibrant atmosphere, especially with so many parks and landmarks to enjoy nearby.

I stayed for 1 night in an Essential Queen Room with Two Queen Beds and View. The pool area was excellent and very clean. Staff provided excellent service. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions. I appreciated the convenience of on-site parking 🌟

Family with kids will find some fun here

The kids loved the rooftop pool, it's like nothing you'd imagine. Plus, the waitress there was a standout.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but you know, for a spot like this, I guess you get what you pay for.

The check-in process could use some serious efficiency improvements. Waiting close to two hours just to get a key can be frustrating. The lighting in the Essential King Room with a view left much to be desired-it's practically a cave at night with only one weak lamp on the desk. I also noticed that the pool area felt a bit cramped with staff hovering to upsell drinks, which can be more annoying than relaxing when you're just trying to lounge.
